Acerforestry
I'm fortunate enough to have access to some ground suitable for clay practice, though it will mean being solo- i'm looking at foot operated traps and there are a number of varieties, and I'd like to get it right in terms of build quality and function, straight off. Anyone had much experience of these, and have any recommendations, thanks
Stimo22
Laporte or Promatic do a really good electric trap for single use with foot switches

northstar
If build quality is important then don’t buy GDK, Bowman or one of the better Promatic single stack traps would be a good choice. Choose a Promatic with a good throwing distance some entry level ones don’t have the power. Any of these can have a foot pedal option. Depending on budget a moving DTL trap base adds to the variety of targets ! Edited October 7 by northstar
