30-6
As per title, do anyone use auto record. I find it hard to grasp how it switches on so quickly. I have it on the Mk1 Hicmicro Alpex and have never used it. How does it shut back of recording ? Is that auto also ?

30-6
I can understand about after the shot, but before the shot how does it know when you're going to pull the trigger ?🤔
wyn
It is constantly recording. when the recoil of the shot is sensed it saves a bit before the shot and after.........like scarecrow says.
30-6
So I assume it starts constantly recording only when off stand by and the scope is ready to use, and you can set how much of the recording you want to keep before and after the shot. What happens to the recorded bit you don't want to keep ? Is it deleted right away or does it use up recording space on internal storage of scope ? Does anyone use this feature
wyn
it must overwrite the oldest recordings ....pretty much like a dashcam
