Sausages in wraps as finger food?

I have stolen the American idea of the "corn dog" and created the "wrap dog". Grill or fry your favourite sausage and then take one of those supermarket round tortilla salad wraps. Cut the wrap in half to make tow half-moon shaped wraps. Place your cooked sausage on the edge of that half moon and roll. Ideal as finger food and healthier and quicker than a sausage sandwich. If you want you can spread a thin layer of ketchup, mustard, sauce on the inside if the wrap before you roll the sausage up in it. Just beware that the bottom end on the roll up won't be closed in case of drips. If you get the right diameter wrap when cut into two half moons it is just the correct height as a wrap for the standard supermarket "banger".

All my own work Sir! I was cooking the sausages for a sausage sandwich indeed. Then got to the making the sandwich part and found I'd no bread. But did have wraps. So a bit of improvisation and, I do have to say, I'll now be making no more sausage sandwiches but sausage wraps. It's just a better way to my taste.
