And dont you think it is obvious that there might be a speed camara their, long straight road there is bound to be a pig their waiting for ya. And, once again, mobile speed camera vans DO NOT HAVE SIGNS WARNING DRIVERS THAT THEY ARE IN THE AREA. I know this is a tough one to grasp, but they have a little black and white camera sign on the side, which I can see from a hundred yards or so, and they have a range of about a quarter of a mile or so, so by the time I've clocked it, it's too late. Now, I know that if I was "safety aware" as you quaintly put it, I would drive everywhere at 20 mph. jayward Posted November 30, 2007 Author Report Share Posted November 30, 2007 I would bloody did it again in fact i may get out of my car down the road and wave a big sign im gona make just now saying STEALTH TAX COLLECTION PINT AHEAD SLOW DOWN !!!! And i did point to the fact the operator was a NOT A POLICE OFFICER but then again i must remember only a few actually read the original post and i will also say only a few days ago i was working @ a friends house and my van was parked in a residents parking and as the house is under renovation you cant get a parking or visitors permit over the road there where some workmen also parked in contravention NOTE i did not say illegally yehh ya know whats coming A Stinking traffic warden yehh im entitled to an opinion so he sunders down this road and starts to take numbers the local stinkers have to allow a good 10min or so due to the fact they where so ruthless in the past.... SO i proceed to knock on the door and tell the chaps to move there vans of face a ticket !!! @ this point the stinker approached my van a started to write franticly in his little book i was gone quicktime and did not receive a ticket nor did the gents over the road for this i got no thanks ignorant fools but thats ok i had the benefit of being nice and sticking one finger up to the stinker with out actualy making what would be probably an obsine gesture that i would have been arrested for god save this country and its Men !!! would i do it again DAM RIGHT !!!!
