Stour-boy
Am after some lofting poles or ideas on what to make them with. I used to make my own from the old television aerials H type twist one end so it would push into the end of the next one but that was long ago So what is there available now,the ones I have seen so far are like tent poles which seem heavy to me would prefer some thing in fibreglass or carbon fibre etc. ANY IDEAS ? Sundodger
I use an old fishing pole. It is about 10 metres in lenght and this works fine for me. Sundodger

Stour-boy
Got a 10 metre roach pole removed top section, bent a piece of 4 mm wire in a 4 " circle with a straight piece at right angles to the circle which goes into the top of next top section slightly kink the straight part of wire so it fits in snugly and is not loose, use this to retreive decoy it works very well and is very light to handle. I put the decoy up in the tree using just the pole without the wire bracket. cheap light and effective.
