Jim McArthur
What semiauto (or pump) shotties would you recommend as the best choices for a left handed shooter? Jim

Baldrick
Benelli M2 Field (semi) and/or Remington 870 Wingmaster (pump-action). You can get away with shooting a R/H gun, but you'd need to wear safety specs to protect your eyes from the debris from the ejection port. Floating Chamber
The Benelli Mancino is indeed a fine s/a, but a trifle on the punchy side with some shells. Since fitting a mercury-filled recoil reducer (from the States) it seems milder. On the other hand, my now ancient L/H Remington 1100 is a dream to shoot. I believe G. Bate (Stafford) have a s/h l/h specimen with a spare barrel. FC

Jim There was a Remi 1100 for sale on here the other day, cant remember if it was left hand drive or not, the add said it was nearly new though. Do a search on Remmi 1100, it will be worth it as I have one and Its a great bit of kit, I am a righty but have got it for loan/coaching. mr_colt
The new Webley And Scott 810 is a fantastic semi which comes in a true L/H model. Very good value for money, they should be avaliable in the States either now or very soon as they signed a deal with Legacy Sports International. mr_colt. Floating Chamber
Jim, The new Remington s/auto is BOTTOM EJECTION so it doesn't matter if you are left or right-handed. The safety can be changed by pushing out a pin and reversing the stud. This is the way to go. OR, If you want a slide-action (or 'pump' to the Chavs and Rambos) the 1960's vintage Ithaca Model 37 is also bottom ejection. FC
