fat_jay
Afternoon all,my shotgun licence dropped through the door yesterday so i am now on the lookout for a gun. This is going to be a return to clay shooting after a 20 year break I have a budget of about £600 for a gun,i know fit is the most important thing, but which way would you go,would you look for a new lower end gun such as a lanber or bettinsoli,or a older browning or miroku I would like something with multichokes and 30inch barrels i have seen a browning 325 in my price range and also a lanber sporting lux, addmitedly i have not handled either yet(teusday is gun finding day) What to do?? :o
njc110381
I'd take the used route, you'll get a nicer gun that way as long as you know what to look out for :o
Baldrick
I would definitely go for second-hand, and steer you towards a new-ish Miroku O/U.
tazkb
i would go s/h but don't rule out a good s/h bettensoli or lanber as they are good guns in their own right don't fall for the gun snobery **** and try as many as you can and find one YOU feel comfy with
