jimdfish Posted July 8, 2004 Report Share Posted July 8, 2004 Went coarse fishing yesterday for a change and had an absolute field day. Admittedly it was a commercial water but it was bl**dy great. Big barbel, chub tench and plenty of small carp. Forgotten my roots there and was in danger of falling into the inherent snobbery that exists when you fish only with fur and feather. If you have not done a puddle with a maggot for a while I can really recommend it.
