ronan nee
Was doing a bit of browsing on the net last night and came across a property thats for sale with the addition of shooting rights over a sizable acreage. Got me thinking what would one expect to pay per acre for shooting rights. considering rights dont change hands that often it would be a shame to pass on it if one could afford it. your thoughts regards ronan ps this property is in the republic
David BASC
Shooting rights will sell for what the market is prepared to pay! In England I have seen rights go for less than £2 per acre up to well in excess of £12 on two bits of land not 5 miles apart! I suggest the NARGC would be the best people to contact for accurate prices? David
casts_by_fly
David, Would that be per year at those prices or permanent ownership? Thanks, Rick
al4x
per year, permanent will be far higher
