Chess
There i was with my shooting companion just settled in to our hide for a lovely days decoying over a rape field that was being hammered. Out came the magnet with a pair of Hypa Flaps, in came a group of 4 or 5 pigeon hovering over said magnet. Up popped my mate and with one shot took out a plump woodie together with both Hypa Flaps!!!! He was rolling about on the floor with laughter until i told him how much his shot had just cost him!! Chess
Sorry have no pics but to be honest there wasnt a lot left of the Hypas to take a picture of!! One was completely blown to bits, there was just a little piece of paper flapping about still attatched to the arm and the other had half its body and tail blown off!! As far as he was concerned it was a case of " Ill get my coat then "
starlight32
Yes I have hit the rotary a few times when I have had open chokes in. Worst I have ever done is take some paint off. Don't really effect you unless you have Hypa's on, dead pigeon's on the arms are dead at the end of the day. Worst thing is when you see the pigeon gliding in right on top of the rotary and you want the front end belly shot....... thats normally when the magnet takes a strike or two
