Markio
Hi Gordan & Battlemouse, I can't help with pigeon shooting but there are lots of Wildfowling clubs in your immediate area and also clay shoots. I'll list what i can if you want?

Oh, i doubt it's an Essex thing but pigeon shooters on th is forum have searched and knocked on many doors for many months to get their permission. No one is being rude but by the same token no one is going to hand out there permission either.
Cranfield
http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...showtopic=35363 Its no good making one post and then a second one asking for shooting land. There are loads of threads/posts and even a "sticky" at the top of this section, with advice on how to get shooting permission. It means going round your area, knocking on Farmers doors and asking nicely.
Battlemouse
Hi Mark, cheers for that. I take it that your a wild fowler then? I looked on the internet for clay shooting so I've managed to get a list of those but I've not looked into wildfowling. Any info on that would be mega! starlight32
Most of the wildfowling clubs offer pigeon shooting now. I think colchester wildfowlers has some good pigeon shooting, I know my local club the Alde & ore has plenty. Thats not forgetting all the wildfowling as well. These clubs are a good way to start, prices normally 140.00-200.00 per year which includes your BASC membership, which is good value I think. Obviously there will be people who don't agree, but these posts still keep appearing in this section. By now some members including the moderators must be getting fed replying to these posts........ Battlemouse
Hey starlight, sounds good. I'll look on the basc website for clubs but if I can't find any do you have any contact details?? Also how do the clubs operate, like a syndicate??
