ronan nee
Hello all, I have a HP PSC 1510 all in one printer and I got replacement ink cartridges for it during the week and well, they dont work. The existing cartridges that came with it are BLACK 336 and TRI COLOUR 342. These only hold 5ml and up until now I was refilling them. Bought JETTEC Ink Cartridges during the week cause they hold 21ml and they clearly state on the cover PSC 1510. The codes on the 2 new cartridges are, for black 338 and the tri colour 343. The message coming up on the PC when I install the cartridges is, THE FOLLOWING PRINT CARTRIDGES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR USE ON THIS PRINTER. CARTRIDGE ON RIGHT..........(ie the black one) TRI COLOUR Help required............... regards ronan
paulf
Are the new ones genuine HP catriadges or ree conned ones ? Most manufacturesrs cartriadges are chipped in order to stop folk using recon ones.

Graham M
I fit a different brand into my Epsom and a message always comes up telling me that they are not the right ones. It also has a little message after asking me if I want to install them anyway, and all I do is click “yesâ€. G.M.
