the last engineer
any of you guys run a blackberry phone? i'm on my 4th one, of all the cell phones ive had over the years, this must be the worst of all. it turns off in the middle of a call, re e/mails me the stuff i dont want then loses the stuf i do want, tells me i have voice mail because the phone ddint recognise an incoming call, frustrated or what, me-thinks the two bean cans and string worked better than this. anyone have an I phone yet?? BSA Shaun
Honestly mate, hate to say it because of your predicament, but it sone of the best phones I have owned, e-mails fine, calls fine and is damn handy
mr lee
For gods sake don't swap it to a Sony Erricsson W850i then! I am now on my 7th one in a year. It connects to the internet on it's own, rings out on it's own whoever you last called even when it is on the desk, turns itself off randomly or sometimes just completely refuses to switch on. The speaker has failed on 3 of them so you cannot hear nayone or any ringing. Damn I hate mobile phones now.
pin
I moved from nokia to sonyericsson and to start with I was happy. I had one of the N series nokia's and sent a load of them back, then got the se. SE was good, then I had problems like you state, mostly speakers fail but odd behaviour as well. I have an HTC touch now and love it, I HATE apple but I have played with an iPhone and I have to say I am getting one when it does 3G
the last engineer
i watch a couple of guys here who have patched I phones, the network has no support here yet, some how they have them working, what a treat to see something something work so well, Shaun i know what you mean about, my buddy has the 8310 and no worries, just ticks me off when this one keeps failing, pain in the *** when work depends on contact. whats the HTC pin? not familiar with that one.
