leupold clones

From what i`ve heard quality is very hit and miss. It pays to spend what you can afford on a good scope from a reputable make rather than buy a dubious copy of a top scope surely. The quality of the lenses on cheaper scopes have improved a hell of a lot in the last few years.

thanks lads,

well my pocket are not as need as some peoples..

of course i do not expect high end glass either..

as long as i can zeroe and see out to 60 yard and the illuminaters work i am happy..

the funny thing is all the reviews say they are brilliant "even on centre fires"and glass is as good as any sub £200 scope.

obviously they are not going to be as hi glass as £500 pluss scopes but i am not expecting them to be hi end glass..

its either these or hawke or ags "may be simmons" in my price bracket and i have noticed most of them actually are the adzact same as the chinese and i can confirm that as i have a genuine hawk and a un badged one and theres no difference..

i can understand what you guys are saying though about dont expect hi end and i appreciate your replys..

who says if i buy a leupold over here that it is going to be real???

from reviews i have read ther is not much that gives them away..

for the price " i am going to give them a try"and i have had a few pms saying that there ok on centtre and rimmy so they will be definantly ok for me on a pcp..

many thanks for reply lads

if any one actually has one could you post up what you think please
