s6boy
Went in to work yesterday and three pigeons sitting in the large tree out the back, so asked the boss if he minded me shooting them with me air riffle, and to my suprise he said yes. So today toke the air riffle in as did one of the other chefs, we got 7 during the day, must be some sort of magic pigen tree, so no sooner had we shot them they were all prepeard and ready to go on the menu. So one of the specials at work tonight was "local" pigeon serverd in a puff pastry case with red onion jam and white truffle oil. Sold really well and people said it was lovley. Dont think u can get fresher than that. If anyone want the recipe i can put it on below(and make it easy to follow u can buy most of it ready done) Matt
