JohnGalway
Lightforce 170 Striker, scope mounted model, Target Sports in Bolton is the cheapest place I can find them. Also same model will mount under a shotgun barrel/s with the appropriate clamp . If you're only going to be using shotgun and don't intend to upgrade to centrefire then get the 140 Lance. Birdboy
Do you mean to buy the lightforce 170 on the target sport website or the lightforce 170 variable ? as the variable is twice the price. Are they both scope mountable ? Chars Gaz
henry d
1 Mil cp. unknown lamp for spotting and Deben Tracer max for the shot, but sometimes a 250,000 is good for both. Clear as mud eh!
Evil Elvis
Thanks guys, Im looking for one that a companion can hold while i shoot and vica versa but a scope mounted sounds interesting, i have a logun one and it stops them for a few seconds, but not long enough to shoot them
vole
Argos £20 jobs. With shoulder strap if you shooting solo. All the same to charlie or bunnies.Pro pest controller in recent magazines uses them too.

Are they both scope mountable ? Chars Gaz Scope mounted ones have something like RMSM in their name I think. All variable means is that it comes with a dimmer switch. Up to you whether you want that feature or now, I have dimmers on mine. So there are two types of scope mounted 170, the ordinary one with no dimmer and the variable with a dimmer.
