Anni
Im a clay shooter so do all my shooting at the clay ground. I was curious though as to weather there is any type of land where permission isnt required Not that i want to shoot on any mind you. Must be difficult for the lads who want to shoot there dinner but cant get permission. I suppose every bit of this tiny island belongs to someone who need asking lol. good luck if your after any. Baldrick
You need permission to shoot on any land that you do not own or hold the sporting rights for.

Taff Mason
sorry on closer inspection it turns out there are 2 types of foreshore!!...crown foreshore and private forshore. all BASC members are able to shoot on crown foreshore as long as they use public rights of way to access them an leave them. there is also a free guide availible from BASC to let its members know where they may shoot. it seems a lot of clubs have taken out leases on crown foreshore to ensure they keep their rights, hence the cost to use certain areas. also if you go through a wildfowling club you will get a local guide to go out with you. more for you own safety than anything else i think.
