Fleabag
If any body wants a secure vehicle double clasped powder coated rifle cabinet made to your size spec, my engineer mate says bung him fifty quid and he will do one bent and rounded to police spec in 2mm steel. Hunter
Are the hinges spot-welded on? And how do you know they are police spec? They do look nicely formed and sprayed Edited April 22, 2008 by Hunter
Fleabag
Are the hinges spot-welded on? And how do you know they are police spec? They do look nicely formed and sprayed The hinges are not police spec the bends are formed in accordance with storage cabinets, they have no joints and are continuous, the hinges are spot welded and ground down before being powder coated. hope that helps. The hinge is all one piece and is welded internally and spans the whole length of the cabinet. Edited April 22, 2008 by Fleabag
