Andy_B Posted May 18, 2008 Report Share Posted May 18, 2008 Did my first outing on clays today with my new baby... 687 silver pigeon...managed with a little footwork advice from local instructer 30/50..thanks for help ...feel bad never managed to catch his name ...but he was very patient and a great help..small touch of painfull shoulder ...but got an bigger butt pad in gun box will give that a try next week .. Andy_B Posted May 18, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 18, 2008 Its a ground in Houston,Renfrewshire....come a long way since i worked as a trapper 17 years ago....5 automatic traps shooting from bus shelter type enclosures...pretty good setup..only drawback is its only open on a sat and sunday....but really nice helpful people..which makes the difference to a new start like me....i will be back..its that close to me i could walk down in 10 mins !!
