hi all its been a while since i posted here , but here goes my mate baught a new remington vssf 11 in .223 a few weeks ago he has put about 150 rounds through it . he has a nightforce scope on it and a jewel trigger and a t8 mod, the cub fox in the pic was his first kill with it i was on the lamp . he was shot at around 80 yards. :blush:DSC00094.jpg

its a lovely setup :good: but very expensive and heavy the cub was shot with an american eagle which are grouping well 1'' at 100 yards but he hasnt tried for any really tight groups yet i would fully reccommend it he loves it :good: he hopes to bag a few more foxes with it but they seem scarce around where i live perhaps we will have to go else were :P

tell him to try some federal 55 gr softpoints in it and tell us how the groupings where :yes::hmm:

I went to look at the same set up today and it was a bit of a dog.Scuffed all over stock,couple of deep scars on it and rust all over the bullet feed :P .The t8 was also rusted up a bit.Needless to say my money is still in my pocket so my search goes on.
