What about 27th and 28th September ?

This will go nowhere until the majority can agree on a date.

It's not a matter of agreeing on a date, you will never find one that suits everybody. Firstly, it needs somebody to offer to organise the event, and secondly, for them to state the date that it will happen, as with the last one.

The date is quite important, if there is a competition on, that date is out, simple as that.

The 'main' do's date is set by the biker meet, this one will need to be decided amongst the majority of people who are actually going fairly important that bit.

I can arrange targets, but if I do, it will be though BASC, so anyone coming will need to be a fully paid up member.

I am not getting involved in the money collecting, so if someone else can do that, then we have the basis of the next meet.

So can the date be decided by a poll? Put up four September week-end dates and an "I'm not fussy which one option"?

I would assume that the organiser will check that there are no competition's on the selected dates.

Will you need members BASC numbers? Or the cards on arrival?

Also I would suggest that you put up a copy of the Bisley range rules for all to see beforehand.

It will be September in three weeks, so this needs a kick-start now.

My only word of warning, you may find that a large number of members do not use BASC for various reasons and this massively decreases the numbers going, also the range rules were posted up for the first Bisley and also a link added to the application form, yet still people did not read them. So its probably best someone is elected on the day to be RCO and take it upon themselves to stop anything deemed as unsuitable from being used.
