kiriak
Hi guys, Newbie here. A litle bit of advice please? I've got a lot more shooting options now on the land that I shoot over, other than just my FAC air rifle. What do you think would be the best option? 1. Apply for shotgun cert and get a 3 shot semi that would do for the rabbit and pigeon probs I have to deal with? or 2. Apply for an extension on my FAC to get a 5 shot semi? What are the pro's and cons and what is the availabilty of second hand guns? Thanks in advance. Birdboy
Whats wrong with the word Shottie ?? Anyway, 3 shot semi is months quicker that applying for FAC. Id apply for the FAC for a 5 shot, as well as a .22 rifle for ground birds. Cheers Gaz
Evil Elvis
He has an fac so a variation wouldnt take as long as applying for a shottie licence!
bob300w
He has an fac so a variation wouldnt take as long as applying for a shottie licence! Yep, as Evil "got any metal?" Elvis says, a variation will be quicker than a SGC application.
Big_Sam
But a SGC will give you far more options and unlimited guns! The nice chaps at northern just reprinted mine (by return of post I must add!) and gave me 3 more slots to fill.
