charliebrown
When out shooting you wear ear protection to gaurd against damage from the noise , but what about the dog youve got sitting at your side all day? As they have better hearing than us I would assume that they are also more susceptable to damaged hearing from the noise of gunfire, is that the case, and if so is it just 'one of those things'? I can just see a nice range of doggy sized ear muffs in the shops Ive got a feelin im just having one of my regular thick moments though. Feel free to extract the urine....(as if anyone needs permission)
Devilishdave
That's why most old gun dogs are a bit deaf. Dave

deeksofdoom
I'm sure Westminister at some point in the future will pass some law where all dogs will have to wear hearing protection, safety goggles, hi-vis vests etc... anything to keep the animal welfare crowd happy. Since they've banned practically everything else.
