Troosers Too
My wife has a 20 bore Beretta, shoots well (too well sometimes) but does need the comb raised. Someone has suggested that she tries a cheek-eeze. Has anyone got any views on them and any information on where I might get one. Thanks TT
pat 1
Cheek-Eeze is too expensive,go to craft shop and buy some Funky Foam.It can be cut and added to your stock using double sided tape.
Treestalker
I've put them on both my son's 20 bores to raise the combs as you can get them in different thicknesses. I think I bought them from Target Sports of Bolton. They are expensive and they do get a bit tatty after a year. I've shot my son's guns and they don't seem to make any difference to the felt recoil on my fat face! My boys love them and I do see quite a few youngsters and women with them on their guns. Oly
I use a beartooth comb raising kit - well made and looks a darn sight better than taping foam to your nice bit of wood! I bought mine of fleabay for about £18. One on there at the moment http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Beartooth-Stock-Comb...id=p3286.c0.m14
