Crowblaster
That must have been great fun with the air rifle...I am very envious . Whenever I go crow shooting they are so well educated that they can tell if you are carrying a rifle/shotgun or a fishing pole. When they fly by, even if I don't have a firearm, I will "aim" like I am holding a shotgun and they'll go into all sorts of airobatics like a fighter pilot in a "dog fight". cooke103
That must have been great fun with the air rifle yeh it was, not very sportingman like but they made good eating. i think they were young crows.
pigeon master
Cooke, I see you support the best team in the Northeast. :o Cmon the Boro, 3-0 last night was a good result so I'm well happy with that. As for the crow shooting...I have not had much luck with that, even though my shoot has a major crow problem, they dont seem to want to get even close never mind shooting range. Maybe a better year in 05 Welcome cooke, where you from by the way, Im just over the hill in Skelton. The PM
Devilishdave
This is typical with young crows in Mid May but not normal this late in the year. I remember me and my m8 shooting 60 each with air rifles when we were kids. we had to cycle 5 miles each way to go and get more pellets. well worth the cycle for the sport though.
