Comb raiser / stock alteration

I've recently bought a Stoeger 2000 semi auto (with a walnut stock). Overall I'm impressed with the quality & price. The only problem is that the comb is too low for me. At the moment I've put a "beartooth" comb raising kit on it. This has it shooting where I'm looking. Does anyone know permanent solution (stoegers do not come with shims). I've heard that the shims form a benelli black eagle may fit? or, a will I have to have the stock altered?

Cheers

Depends where you are. A lad in Oldham does them cheap. I have done my own using a kit made in USA - £40. I have also seen Andy's Miroku and it is nothing short of excellent.

I live near Chorley (Lancs) - so Oldham is a lot nearer that Doveridge. Any Idea who this chap is?
