malkiserow
As it is with the Napier flag, If that Saf t had a piece of plastic that prevented there being a cartridge in the chamber it would be an excellent invention. Perhaps I should e mail the manufacturers with a design for Mk 2. I am not knocking it I just feel that there could be an improvement. now some are out there you will never know if the suggested MC mark 2 (with no cartridge) is in or if it is a mark 1 where the cartridge could be in or out. The really good thing is that it is very visable. Maybe a Napier flag (as I use) could have small magnets sewn in the ends of the ribbon to enable the shooter to insert as normal and then fold the ribbon back over the gun and "clip" the magnets together showing from any angle and at distance that the gun is safe (i.e. a loop around the gun). Just a thought....
MC
That is easy to solve, make the Mk2 a different colour.

Highlander
Game shooting with a semi??? Turn up on any of my shoots with one and you'd be (politely) asked to leave or offered the use of a more traditional gun. What is the (shooting) world coming to? BTW I shoot a semi auto but for wildfowling and pigeons.
