new to the flock Posted January 4, 2009 Report Share Posted January 4, 2009 Are his anal glands full?.....not all dogs will drag their butts to try to express them. and Has he been anywhere that he could get into any garbage?....sometimes if they eat plastic bags etc, they can get caught up inside.
