Can a Harris bipod be fitted to a Ruger 10/22 synthetic :birthday:?:balloon:?:drinks:?

Yes it can. How easy it is depends if your sling is attached to a QD swivel or that silly flappy band as was fitted to my 77/22.

If the former you can just whip the sling swivel off and attach the bipod direct, if the latter you will need to drill the stock and fit a QD stud (not really that difficult, but make sure you use a synthetic stud and not the wood one).
