First of all let me say, this is not a plea for land to shoot on just an observation. I live in the centre of the cotswolds and I thought land would be quite easy to get , but after six months of travelling around locally knocking on farmers doors and not getting anywhere (yet) . I was then getting quite jealous of all you people who live in yorkshire, lancs,Scotland etc, etc, but I see from reading the posts on here that your all in the same boat. Anyway I will keep trying, and good luck to the rest of you.

keep at it mate, it took me 5 years of occasional contact to build up enough trust with a farmer on one of my permissions, eventually got it a couple of months ago. :D
