Sauer
guys as in a similar posting ongoing just now wee bit of advice i used to use a cheap mincer with sausage adapter and it was twice the work off burgers.... bought a seperate dedicated sausage stuffer from bushwear.....WOW SO MUCH QUICKER AND EASIER depends if you are going to do this regularly either with game or buying a whole pig leg from butcher and doing yer own so you know whats in em then invest well in decent dedicated kit if its going to be once every 5 or 6 months or whatever then cheapo will do sauer ps i usually making summit bout once a month average Edited April 26, 2009 by Sauer
