John_R
You need to remove the locking ring, which is also the cosmetic "finish" to the end of the scope. Sometimes this is locked down pretty tight, but I found I got more grip with a rubber glove, and that won't mark it at all. Then you should see the front lens is held in a carrier with two diametrically opposed slots in it. Carefully screw this in or out to achieve focus where you need it, and then replace the ring. casts_by_fly
you leave it alone. Fixed parallax means there is no adjustment that you can do on it without pulling the scope apart and breaking the seals (thus letting in air, not inert gas). Thanks Rick
John_R
Good point Rick, I guess it kind of depends on the scope though as not all are gas filled nor expensive to have a play with.
