Sussex Countryman
BROWNING SOLD TO CONEY BASHER UPDATE 18/05/09 As Browning sold have deleted its pics and replaced them with AYA XXV's. Have numbered pics to aid recognition of the 2 AYA XXV's. As at today, both XXV's are still available. SC Sadly, a very good friend has recently passed away and I am selling his guns on behalf of his widow. First is a rare and very beautiful Browning B325 Grade 6 O/U ejector with SST, 28" barrels, lovely, lovely wood and wonderful engraving. This gun has seen very little use. Bought new by my friend it comes complete in original case with 7 multi chokes and four interchageable triggers. These are now very rare and the only one I have seen for sale recently, was with Swillington Shooting Supplies, via Guntrader. Priced at £1895, it was sold within a week. The Browning is up for the bargain price of £1595 at his widows insistence. Absolutely NO OFFERS and face to face only. This is what you would expect to pay for a grade 5. If you dont believe me, take a look on Guntrader, there are a few grade 5's on there. The 2 AYA XXV's are also beautiful, well cared for weapons. Both sidelock ejectors (not a pair), with hand detachable locks and obviously 25" barrels (don't confuse these with the boxlock XXV). Lovely engraving to both, these are priced at £995 each, again, at his widows insistence. Same terms, NO OFFERS and face to face only. On Guntrader these go from £1200 upwards, again, take a look if you dont believe me. It breaks my heart to have to sell these. Had I the money I would keep them all. Sadly his widow wants them to go where they will be appreciated and at "reasonable" prices, so go they must. Thought I would give PW members first chance. If unsold they will be advertised elsewhere from end next week. Three people are going to get a real bargain. I have posted pics of the Browning, which really dont do it justice, and I have more if you want to see them. If you want pics of the AYA's, or any other info please pm me. I am in and out, but will reply as soon as I can.
