badshot
Nail/screw it to the floor, or a large piece of wood that you can still remove from the hutch.
Huntinlass
My hob does that to. He's a little ******-especially as he lives in a cage. I have tried alot of things but he still scraps the food out of the bowl- What I have done now is got a automatic feeder for small pets (as he lives with another hob so like to no there is plenty of food about) and put a planting tray underneath it. He still scraps it out of the feeder but doesn't seem to bother about taking it out of the planting tray. Even though he takes it out of the feeder its still contained in a area so you no how much food is about.
evilstoat
Buy a big ceramic dog food bowl the heavy ones, he's tipping the bowl up because he is showing you he doesn't want the food, bet you just started feeding him dry food. Thats what my ferret did until i got the bowl, he can't lift it up now. best of luck

markb
If I have a real awkward ferret that just plays with the food bowl I will use a house brick, the sort with a nice deep frog watch the little bxxxxxs try and tip that over usualy works
