I was due to pick it up on the way back from a business trip up North but I was running late and they stayed open for me specially. I'm not sure what their stock/selection is like having only been there once, but willingness to help is always a big plus in my book! I ordered a pair of neoprene lined boots from them in February and received an email saying that my size was out of stock, but a new delivery was expected. Three days later I received an email telling me that they had been let down and would not be supplying those boots in future. However, I could have a more expensive boot from their range (at the original price) as they felt they had let me down. The new boots were duly delivered and are excellent.
