Beardo
no you don't - as long as you have permission from the land owner. what will you be shooting?
edr
I am thirteen, you don't need supervsing at 14 years old. if your shooting on land which is not yours then try and get written permisson. i don't know how old you look, but i would recomend taking some form of id (e.g. shotgun cert.) with u. I found this page below usesful. Remember if you pull the trigger its your responsiblity where the pellet goes! EDR *can't upload that page atm will do it later, its p171 of HO firearms guidance to the police. Edited June 5, 2009 by edr

sbald
Ooops! Agree with this , dont "try" and get permission if you dont have permission you would be commiting a crime, You are very unlikely to get permission to shoot on council owned land. The Anti-Social Behaviour Act 2003 Sec 37 amends Section 19 of The Firearms Act 1968, which deals with possessing certain firearms in a public place.
