MC Posted June 15, 2009 Report Share Posted June 15, 2009 Dave, The actual certification is free, the reason there is a cost to the bisley meet if it goes ahead is because someone is being brought in especially to certify quite a few people and there will be his expenses to pay. If you ring the NRA and tell them what firearm you want certifying for they will tell you what dates they are doing. You then show up and get your ticket.
