Sammy_D
Hey guys. Was out this afternoon with a friend and his gun. Just shooting the odd crow and pigeon here and there. Once we had shot one we would go and pick it up. It would then take about 10-15 mins before the birds were landing again. Altho if we left the shot one out on the ground, nothing would land. How can I get around this problem im sure alot of new shooters have. Thanks Sammy D
Ferret Master
If it's lying belly up, then pick it. If not then leave it providing it isn't wounded. It will add to your pattern. FM
Sammy_D
Fab. Thank you. Does this work will all birds?
MerseaDavid
As long as the bird is the right way up and not wounded it should work with all birds. I have even doen it with rabits. (put there heads up on sticks and it helps others to come out thinking it is safe) Try not to go out in the pattern too often or birds wont like to come in.
