Tommyfecky
At what age is a female springer considered to be fully, physically grown-( I was going to say matured ?But this is a whole different ball game!!)
Country_est
Would have thought that it would be all over be about 18 months. Not growing much taller or longer after about 12 Months but just putting on Muscle & defintion. As long as you dont just feed her when she seems hungry cos doing it that way she will never stop growing As for maturing about 7-8 years, where as with my labs it seemed to be about 12 Months the labs were as steady as the 8 yr old springer. Mate has a springer and to see them work still makes me want another, but I just havent got the time for one yet. When the kids grow up and leave maybe then... new to the flock
I would agree with Country Est., 12months for length and hite, 16 months for muscle and weight, as well as bone density, and 12 years to come out of puppyhood....
