lasbrisas
Me and my 13 year old son (looks 16) shooting an while on a recent trip to Florida. It was a dream come true to be using such an awsome weapon with such a fire rate. We are loading and firing 4 shots at a time on full auto. At $40 for 50 rounds you can guess why ! I wish I lived in the US, it seems you can do just about anything there ! The guy next to us if firing a pump action shotgun at a target of Bin Laden made us laugh anyway, you can hear him firing in the background. lasbrisas
Yes it was awsome for us considering all we have ever used is a .22 air rifle and even with that we only started 2 months ago, so to fire an army issue assault rifle is better than any theme park. LeeinVA
My first issue weapon was the M16A1 with full auto, then towards the end of my stint i was issued the M16A2 with three round burst. They are a great weapon just a little short. Glad you had fun dude shooting them is a real trip
neil smith
It looks like Universal Weapons Ranges at the top of I-Drive, the guy behind the counter always has a .45 on his hip in a belt slide holster cocked & locked. The only trouble is the heat, it gets unbearable this time of year. N
rimfire4969
That looks so much fun, on my last trip we done a bit of shooting with a handgun I am off there again soon, i have looked up a few ranges to shoot at when we are there. What was the name of the one you went to, any other details on it would be helpfull. Thanks Rimmy.

It's on John Young Parkway North just before you get to the I4 or junction 79 on the I4 then 1/2 mile south. It's in Cox Plaza which is a small strip mall and believe it or not is opposite a big Correctional Facility so there's your marker so that you know your in the right place. Neil I think you may have the right person but slightly wrong location. The owner does have a loaded weapon on his hip though. They had an AK47 aswell but he didn't have any ammo for it. Sounds like the same place I went to when I met a mate of mine there, I know it was close to I-Drive but he was driving so im not sure of the exact location. I recognised the range worktops along with the fan that was always running. We burned off a load of ammo & spent too much, over several visits & the extra short shotgun was a blast Happy Days....
