pat 1
i was told the psni will be checking anyone they come across out shooting, and i kid you not 2 shooters near me had a helicopter land with them yesterday as they walked a river it was the police looking for 4 boys poaching a different strech of river they asked to see their FAC and asked to see what shells they had in the gun , the 2 lads said they would ring the farmer 2 say they had permission and said the police could ring the farmer but the police said its ok its not you where looking for and they took off again, now ive heard of the helicopter after boys digging badgers and know of boys who got caught whilst digging when the helicopter landed with the psni and surprise surprise that **** from the USPCA philpott was with them so need to be careful lads that this philpott man isnt behind this trying to enforce the lead shot ban, On the news today that the psni may loose £70,000,000 of their budget.Obviously someone knows how they waste tax payers money. They send a helicopter to try and catch a few kids poaching  .And another to carry pisspot about to save a TB ridden badger. If these cops had any baalls they would refuse to carry out this type of wasteful behaviour and concentrate on solving some serious crime. monkeyboots
just to say i tried R C steel shells numbers 4 in 32grms today although i never saw any duck to shoot at i shot several woodies with them and they certinaly did the job so on woodies they seemed a good hitting shell but will wait to see how they preform on duck, have any of yous tried any of the other brands of steel yet , i shot a teal with express steel but as i say the R C seem a better shell
GW80
Out last night and shot 2 mallard and a teal using Express 32g no 4's, seemed hard hitting enough, furtherest shot i took was about 30 yards out, did have another 4 shots at teal and missed but that was down to bad shooting!! Got a couple of boxes of GB 34g no.4 steel given to me this morning to try, won't get to try them till next friday but will see then, i have used GB catridges in lead for the last few years and was pleased with them so hopefully their steel shells will be just as good.
