wildfowler.250
What's the legality of shooting on a Sunday (wildfowl and game) in Scotland? Any links would be appreciated

Pinkfooty
You can shoot game birds on Sunday in Scotland (provided you have permission and, still in Scotland, a Game Licence). You cannot shoot wildfowl on a Sunday in Scotland. Edited September 7, 2009 by Pinkfooty
henry d
You can shoot game birds on Sunday in Scotland .....but I don`t know anyone who does ! It isn`t accepted practice and I do not know one estate that would do it and I would expect double time for any beaters that would turn up. wildfowler.250
Apologies! I did not realise anyone had replied to this! Thanks for the answers, there great! Basically, everyone I have spoken to seems to have a different opinion on what you can legally shoot on a Sunday  And I would be very surprised if there was an organised shoot on a Sunday; I was thinking more of an individual who was working a Saturday and had a Sunday off ect...
