andythechicken
Hi there Have decided to sell my .22LR semi-auto Remington 597 with laminated stock and go for a bolt action, probably CZ Style. Spoke to my firearms officer today and he said fill out the form 101 and tick the variation box, and exclude the referees part. Question is do I have to fill in everything else including rifles owned and amount of ammo held? Cheers Andy

Breastman
Depends on your force. With mine i've only ever filled in form 101 once, and that was for my grant. Just send them in a letter and my FAC now. Theres nowhere on the form to add 'evidence' as to why you want new toys etc so it seemed like a pointless exercise to me, sent a letter in for my first variation, no complaints so i've do it ever since Mark
