rich1985 Posted July 22, 2014 Report Share Posted July 22, 2014 Hi my lab bitch is or should be 59 days pregnant so nearly full term, she has got a bit bigger and her teats have swollen up but no milk, I've had a feel of her tummy but I can't say I can feel a lot going on although I didn't poke or prod her too much. I may have been able to feel what I thought could be a puppy but it may just be my mind running away with me! Could she just be carrying 1 or 2 puppies? Do you guys and gal think it sounds like she's preggers or having a phantom. She was mated on the 10 th 12 th and 14 the day of her season good tie for 30 mins 2 nd and 3 ed time. rich1985 Posted July 23, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 23, 2014 She is wormed etc regularly, hasn't had a vet check to see if she is pregnant but did take her befor having her mated though to have her general health checked. She is only a small lab and she is defiantly bigger, her teets are swollen but I can't get any milk, how late could she be giving birth after full term?. ian g Posted July 24, 2014 Report Share Posted July 24, 2014 she might not be as far along as you think she might only have taken on the 3rd mating mines just had pups on monday night it was only around what we though was day 42 we noticed her it was actualy round day 36 working it out now she then got massive all of a sudden very quickly she had 10pups remember the bitch should be wormed from day 42 till 3 day after she has had the pups Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
