tikka.223
Two years ago when I changed the anti freeze/coolant i mixed enough for two changes, now its time to change the fluid in the jeep again. The fluid is Comma G05 which has a 2 year life in the engine. Will the fluid I have mixed in the plastic jars be ok to use or will I have to dispose of it and mix fresh? TIA
Cannon
If the mixture smells stale at all I'd renew with new fluid.
Alycidon
I cant see a problem using it. What happens in an engine is the heat up-cool down cycle causes the additives in the mix to fall out of solution, thats why a system needs flushing at antifreeze change time. Its the additive pack that prevents freezing. To be safe I would suggest you give Comma Oils a ring and ask their technical people.
