Oly
Just thought I would share this gem of a deal - Asda are offering PAYG mobiles for only £5!! They are all pretty basic phones, but if that's what your after they are a great deal - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/arti...in_page_id=1965 I just bought one (a Sagem MY212X) for my other half, as she's not fussed by phones and her battery is dying on the old one - problem is, it's locked to Virgin PAYG and my other half is on Orange PAYG, can anyone help unlock it? Toby
lots of market stalls do it, but I seem to remember that overall, virgin is cheaper (due to texts to other virgin mobiles only being 3p!
Oly
Well, I don't seem to be able to unlock this one (from my feeble searches anyway!) - so let me know asap if you want it for cost plus postage ~£3 - so that's all of £8 in total! Otherwise it'll go on feebay (don't think it can go back to the shop once opened ). All it has literally done is been opened (very carefully, so all packaging is in tack), switched on twice and no unlocking codes have even been tried. As mentioned before it's a Sagem MY212X on PAYG Virgin (might even have some credit included with it - havent opened that bit so havent checked - I just wanted it for the handset) - seems a good little robust (fairly rubberised) smart phone in red & black with a colour screen, ~5 days battery life, vibration & polyphonic ringtones - all the usual stuff is included in the box - instructions, charger etc. Cheers, Oly Edited April 26, 2008 by Oly
