Funny you should mention that as I have 2 of them and i have just swapped the spring and brass collar out of the oneinto the other and it now works fine

Hi, I have a white 1 cell NM800 and when the head is tight on full power, sometimes it is and sometimes its still on the 3 mode setting, can someone tell me what makes it go on full power when you tighten the head so I can look at it, its assembled correctly and all surfaces clean its a bit intermittent, Thanks for looking barney

Thanks again for the reply, but I am not saying that all home made is no good but anyone thats made anything good like you obviously have do not want to give out any details, I dont have the knowledge or want to spend the time making one that doesn,t work well enough, but given a shopping list would be more than capable of putting it together but thats not always fair to those who have put the effort in. Without sounding rude or being nosey is there a reason you wont say what camera you use, please dont take this the wrong way I am curious thats all, if its something you sell I dont blame you, but if it is I could be interested if thats what you do. I know this has been talked about a lot and advice not to deal with nv scopes but I am after NV and have been on about it for a couple of years now, but I cant justify £1000s so a digital seems to be the best option. I like the look of the ward d vision and the write ups I have seen by people that have them look good, but I would love to see one first ahs antone near Shropshire got one that would let me have a look through it please ? or has anyone got any particular good or bad experiences, I dont think the chances of a trial one are very good but might ask the question with Clive, Thanks for looking barney

Ran a series for nearly 11 years and a 300 tdi for the last nearly 5 years, if your water system is clean and maintained you wont need the hat and gloves, I have to turn mine off after a few mile, ( I do have a curtain behind the bulkhead though) short journeys between 24-26mpg better on a run if you keep your foot off, I love mine as someone says a Disco is a good cheaper option if you can find a good one but for me it is to big a vehicle on my drive, good luck with whatever you buy

looks to me from here that a light wire wool and some satin varnish on a cloth wiped over a couple of times would almost blind that, this is from experience on a barbed wire scratch

If your on a hill or towing a trailer use low box to pull off, when you get used to it you can change from low to high on the move without a crunch, I always do this and to reverse as I live on a hill and reverse my quad trailer up on to my drive at night, saves on slipping the clutch

300tdi 90 24mpg knocking about 29ish on a run keep your foot off, sometimes when I think about this it seems low but I forget that it can be ticking over and just running very steady for a couple of hours stop start as well when lamping if I don't take the quad so not to bad I don't think

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to put this, I am looking for a scope cover to cover the whole scope when the rifle is on the rack on front of my quad bike, mainly to stop all the dust getting on it when its dry, I have butler creeks but want to cover the whole thing but need it to come off quick for when I spot a fox, any suggestions where I might get such a thing please ?
