  1. I’ve got a spare Armsan A612 mag tube if any good?
  2. Hi Murray, Many thanks for your Wishes, I’ve started using an O/U 410 using 2” cartridges with 8 oz of 9 shot. It’s very capable and no recoil and light to swing. It’s very capable provided it’s not a 50 yard crosser!! Im very impressed and think all clay shooters should at least give the 410 a try. 😎👍 Best wishes, PP Sorry Guys, Both guns and the cartridges now sold. many thanks for all the offers and enquiries PP
  3. The Sporter weight is 7lbs4oz The trap gun weighs 7lbs 9oz
  4. Many thanks Gordon, sad sale and sad time, however hope to keep using smaller gauges decoying and crow shooting etc. Best wishes, PP👍
  5. The Sporter is the top one with the darker stock. Sorry Steve. Really hoping the cartridges will go with the guns. Thanks for the interest. PP👍
  6. SKB 12 bores X 2. One is a trap gun, 500 model, 30” barrels, 3/4 and full fixed chokes. Single selective trigger, ejector. Not done a lot. The second gun is a Sporting model, 28” barrels, multi choke but only 2 chokes, 1/4 and 1/2. Again single selective trigger, ejector and not done a lot also. I’ve used this decoying and game shooting. Both guns are totally reliable and have clean bores. No play in either action. I’m having to give up clay shooting as back issues cause poor/ slow swing. Selling as a job lot with over 1400 mostly clay cartridges, all 12 gauge, mostly fibre wads. Includes a slab of Rottweil 30gram fibre 7 shot, and 2 slabs ( 1 unopened) of Fiocchi Litespeeds, 26gram fibre and 8 shot, and a big tray of various 12 gauge cartridges, mostly clay loads. Will sell just the guns for £400 or with the cartridges for £550. Can RFD transfer just the guns for small extra cost or collect the guns and cartridges from the Lincolnshire area. Sad sale but grab a bargain. Will hold for the first member to say they will take them. More pictures on request.
  7. Now Sold. Many thanks for the interest. PP😎👍
  8. Mossberg 500E Hushpower, 410 in synthetic. As new as only fired 1 box (25) cartridges at a round of clays. Just couldn’t get on with it. It’s just sat in the cabinet so time to go. Good saving on a new one. I’m in Lincoln but can RFD transfer at agreed cost. £600
  9. I have a couple of boxes of those Hawk paper cases. Been tempted to try them through the Semi at arms lenth!!!!! Regards PP
  10. My first memories of pigeon shooting was years ago, when I was a young lad, sat under a tree in a wood watching my dad shoot pigeons with an old side by side. I can remember the loud,'explosion!!!!!', lots of flames and confetti and the ground shaking every time he fired!!!. Where is the fun in this I though? He used to try and eject the them my way to try to cheer me up. I can remember the smell of the fired paper cases being good!!! No I did not start smoking despite my dads best efforts!! I can also remember asking him why he used these cartridges and he said that because they were half the price of those expensive Eleys and at £35 per 1000 these were ok for pigeons. Those were the days!!. The Cartridges were' Record'? paper case with a rolled turn over closure. I can remember some were green and some were red. they had flying ducks or geese Printed on the side but I cannot remember much more. Can any one remember these or better still have some? I would love to show my lad, who is just getting into shooting, so I can tell him my first memories of pigeon shooting. Has any one got memories of there first cartridges?? Best wishes PP
  11. Thanks for that Gary, I already have an Armsan 20 bore which he has tried but the Stock is hollow synthetic and cannot be shortened. the Barrel is 28" and its all a bit long for him. He has been using the Mossberg 410 and is quite good with it. 24" barrel 1/2 choke. Regards Robin
  12. Escort 20 bore Youth model. Has any body got one of these not getting any use? My 14 year old lad is getting just too good with his 410 and I think its time to move him up to something a little stronger. I am after one with the spacers to adjust stock length as he is not that long in the arm at the moment. Thanks. PP
  13. Gun now sold. Thanks for all the interest.
  14. Hi there, Last year I bought a new Armsan 620 20 gauge synthetic for pigeon shooting, as I had 4000 20 bore cartridges to use up. Mine was a bit 'Jammy' to start with and I noticed that everything was a bit tight. Gave it a good clean and lube and after 75 to 100 shots it now cycles every time. Im so pleased with it I have had to buy more cartridges so its shot over 4000 with no issues. Excellent value at £365 new. Regards PP
