I sent my shotgun renewal in 28th Aug - and have still not received the new certificate (renewal date 11th Nov) I phoned to enquire why the delay and was told they had not received the application! After checking I rang them back telling them the cheque had been cashed mid Sept, They then said they had now found the application and were behind due to a large workload!!
