Have made my own bread for years. Nothing quite like it mmmmm...... Doesn't last as long as shop bought but what do they put in the bread that make it "STAY FRESH" for several days, that can,t be right .....Bake your own you wont regret it... Oh don,t bother with a bread maker just flour yeast and water give it a good old kneeding leave it to rest and bang it in the oven............. smells delicious and tastes just as good
